Your own car-hauling company,
from LLC to first load.
Most formation websites stop at the LLC. Most authority filers stop at the MC number. We take you through every filing a car hauler needs, set up your own load board accounts, and track each step on your phone.
How it works

- Day 0: the companyLimited liability company (LLC) filed with your state, Employer Identification Number (EIN) from the Internal Revenue Service.
- Day 0: the authorityUSDOT number, Motor Carrier (MC) operating authority, process agent designation (BOC-3), and Unified Carrier Registration (UCR), filed together with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA).
- Day 0: insurance quotes startThe slowest step, so it starts first. Quotes come from licensed insurance agents who write car haulers.
- Days 1 to 21: plates and taxesInternational Registration Plan (IRP) plates, International Fuel Tax Agreement (IFTA) license and decals, New York Highway Use Tax (HUT), and IRS Form 2290, all done during the federal waiting period. Renewals then run through New York One-Stop Credentialing and Registration (OSCAR).
- Authority active: load boardsYour own Central Dispatch and Super Dispatch carrier accounts, in your company's name, ready the day your authority goes active.
Why choose us
Vlad Lyubezhanin built a car-hauling company to 31 trucks, ran its dispatch himself, and sold it. The terms are confidential. Every step on this page is one he took for his own company: the LLC, the authority, the insurance, the plates and fuel tax, the load boards, and booking loads faster than everyone else on them. You get the same playbook, and the person who wrote it answers your texts.

We prepare and file documents on your behalf; we are not a law firm, accounting firm or insurance agency, and this page is not legal or tax advice. Government agencies, insurers and load boards make their own decisions and set their own timing; no approval is guaranteed. Federal operating authority normally becomes active about 21 days after filing, once insurance is on file. A few steps only the company owner can do: the federal identity check, a hand-signed New York tax form, and a notarized New York plate form. We tell you exactly when. We are not affiliated with the Unified Carrier Registration Plan; you may register directly at www.ucr.gov.
